With COVID-19 among us, we unfortunately cannot go to meetings or go for a ride with friends. However, it is the perfect time to start on that project you have been wanting to start for far too long!
For a short time now we have been renting a warehouse where we can tinker and store. An ideal environment to tackle everything properly.

Like many people with a Miata, Bob's plan was to do a turbo build. Once they rode with Wouter, those plans changed quite quickly. When Bob came across a great deal for 4AGE ITBs, the plan for a turbo was quickly changed.
Finding parts in the Netherlands can sometimes be difficult, especially the prices are often on the high side and some parts are very difficult to find. with a little bit of luck Bob found a fairly freshly rebuilt BP-4W head, fuelrail, injectors and other small stuff for a nice price!

Unfortunately, none of us had taken a head off a block yet, luckily there is a first time for everything! With Kevin as sidekick, Bob started dismantling, without major problems for the time being.
And then, that first start! what a great feeling. We took everything out and put everything together in about three weeks.
Unfortunately we have to wait with going to the tuner. that's coming in January!
