Here's the MiataMuerta, the one that tried to kill it's owner one time... It's owner Kevin still loves it a lot though! The car still has the battlescars to prove the assassination attempt, although they don't get photographed a lot.

Kevin has had the car for over four years now. During that time it has been built into a reliable track car/back road thrasher. It never skipped a beat really.

"I like some fancy bits. I have scored some nice and rare parts for cheap on Yahoo auction. The engine itself is still stock. Everything around it has been upgraded to make it as realiable as possible. But now that I have heard the burbles from Wouter's car and the flame shooting madness from Bob's ride, I've come to the conclusion that I really need to buy a standalone ECU asap." Obviously this project is far from done... Kevin wants to swap a BP4W for now in the easiest way possible: BP4W, NA engine ancilleries and sensors, flattop intake and a standalone ECU. This way it's a direct drop in with a small performance upgrade and the benefits of a lower milage engine. Oh, and no more tappy lifters you have to deal with of course...
